o  The school will not issue blank applications or accept filled - out 
      applications. 
o   Only one application should be submitted per child. If more than one 
     application is received for the same child, all applications will be 
     rejected. There is no fee for the online service on the school website. 
o   Admissions are subject to verification of age and address for all selected 
     applicants. 
o   If any applicant fails the verifications, the committee/school shall 
     withdraw the admission offer and reselect any other applicant and 
     determine the mode of intimation of selection. 
o   Each online application is acknowledged through a system - generated, 
     serially numbered acknowledgement on the school website. 
o   The acknowledgement shall be printed by the applicant any time after 
     online submission on the school website by mentioning the application 
     number and password generated while submitting the application. 
     Absence of acknowledgement shall not invalidate an application entry. 
o   Results will be communicated through SMS/Call. 
o   Required Documents 
                o  Birth Certificate,  
                o  Proof of address,  
                o  Child’s Aadhaar card,  
                o  Community Certificate (child certificate),  
                o  Blood Group Proof 
                o  For Grade 9: Mark Sheets – Quarterly and Half-Yearly 
                    examination mark sheets of the previous class. If the child is 
                    seeking admission in June, the Annual Examination mark sheet 
                    of the previous class is also required. 
o   Instructions for Document upload  
               o  File type must be .jpg, .png, .bmp, or .jpeg. 
               o  File size must be less than 1MB. 
               o  For Address proof, upload any one of the following - Aadhaar 
                  Card, Ration card, Voter ID, Passport, Driving License, Bank 
                  Passbook or any other Government issued documents 
o   Applications can be downloaded from the system using the application 
     retrieval page. 
o   The application shall not be duplicated in any of the schools.
